Anna & Jose

Just a few weeks ago Anna and Jose had their wedding in Manhattan. My friend Shira shot it with me. We met several years ago when we both had our first experiences with professional photography working for a school photography company. Here we are years later and we still get to have fun making photographs together.

The reception was at the Bryant Park Grill which was decorated so beautifully. Anna used to be a wedding planner so she knew exactly how she wanted things to look and it was perfect.

Kim & Mike

A few weeks ago I photographed Kim & Mike’s wedding out on Long Island. You may have read in an earlier post about the threes sisters. Kim is the third of the three! What a joy it’s been working with Stephanie, Stacey and Kim and their husbands. All of the families together have so much fun to work with.

Here are a few of my favorites from Kim and Mike’s:

The nervous/excited flowers girls

Mike surprised Kim with a gift of diamond earrings!

The weather and lighting at the beach was unbelievable!

Front Row Center

Weddings are cool, but being front row center for an impromptu performance of Bruce Springsteen is out of this world.

I photographed the NJ Hall of Fame last night at NJ PAC in Newark, NJ. They inducted 13 of Jersey’s favorite people into their brand new Hall of Fame. I got to meet them and photograph them all. It was an awesome night!

Springsteen was the last of the inductees and closed the show by joining the band. He wasn’t scheduled to perform, but how could he resist.

Yes, that’s Danny DeVito playing air guitar!

My First Magazine Cover!

Have you seen this month’s issue of “Flute Talk”? I’ll bet you haven’t.

This is my cousin, Heather; internationally recognized concert flutist. She won an international competition a year or so ago and the prize was a golden flute. How cool is that?

We did a shoot last summer and a few of the images are in the article on Heather. Congrats, Heather!!!!
