Liliana and Hilda – Two Birthdays

My dear friends Kristine and Reuven had a baby last week. Beautiful Liliana Lori. I was excited an honored to be invited to the hospital to be with this baby girl on her birth day just one hour after she was born.

A few days later I was invited to another birthday party. This was Hilda’s 100th birthday!

“They key to long life is taking 2 walks a day.” I heard someone say of Hilda. And she still is taking those walks.

They let the children bring in a parade of cakes. How many cakes does it take to have 100 candles?!

Thanks to Hilda’s great friend (and mine, too), Claire, for organizing and hosting such a special party.

Our newest friend

Mazaltov! Our good friends, Kristine and Reuven, had a beautiful little girl yesterday afternoon. My first time to be with a baby just one hour old. She is just perfect!!

Congratulations, Roo and Kristine!

Nadia & Michael – Brooklyn Bridge

After a super rainy day yesterday, what a delight to have such beautiful sun today. Nadia & Michael, who are getting married in just a few more weeks, took a walk with me over the windy Brooklyn Bridge to make some engagement pictures.

The bridge has got to be my favorite NYC landmark. I always suggest to friends coming to visit that we take a walk across the bridge. It has such great views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Manhattan Bridge. And I can’t help but feel historic and think of Walt Whitman and his poems about old NYC.

We had a fun time making pictures together then warmed up over a hot latte. Thanks, Nadia and Michael.

Mastermind and Miami

Last week I had the second of three 2-day gatherings of my Mastermind. We are a group of 10 of Fabienne’s coaching clients. We’re all helping each other get out of our own way to grow our businesses. We bounce ideas off each other and give each other guidance and support. I’ve been coaching with Fabienne Fredrickson for a little over a year now and she’s help me grow Threshold Visions’ business like crazy. At first I thought it was all about the marketing. Now I’m understanding that it alot more than that. I’ve been changing my mindset to allow the business to flow towards me instead of having to chase it all the time. Pretty cool.

If you’re a solo entreprenuer like me and want to learn how to create a quantum leap in your business click here and sign up for Fabienne’s next workshop. It’ll change your business and your life forever.

After two days of Marketing and Mindset, Nel I headed to Miami beach, stayed at the Ritz Carlton, and hung out on the beach and by the pool. Three days of sunshine was just enough to recharge and start getting prepared for Springtime in NYC.
